As the hospital's head nurse, it is my responsibility to provide overall direction of all nurses, as well as organization and strategic planning within the entire nursing unit in our hospital. I am also involved in evaluating, assessing and creating nursing care standards and regulations, making sure that each patient are provided with the right health care.
